——Xuchuan's 2024 R&D Management Trainees' Year End and Outbound Work Report Successfully Held

On December 23rd, Xuchuan Chemical held a grand year-end and exit report meeting for the 2024 R&D management trainees to systematically review the effectiveness of cultivating new R&D forces and assist young talents in transitioning steadily from the training period to the responsibility period.

Company leaders Li Peijian, Sun Hongjun, Zhang Weidong, Song Yingfeng, management trainees with mentors, and the human resources department jointly attended to witness the growth style and phased achievements of R&D management trainees.

At the beginning of the work report meeting, Zhang Weidong, the president of the research institute, made an opening speech. He fully affirmed the research spirit and rapid growth demonstrated by this year and a half of systematic training for management trainees, and pointed out that:

Subsequently, the 2024 management trainees took the stage one by one, presenting their work around four dimensions: "learning summary, project achievements, ability growth, and future planning".

They elaborated on their contributions, difficulties overcome, and intellectual property output in R&D projects with solid data and clear logic. They deeply reflected on the process of ability transition from theory to practice, from individual to team, and planned a clear and feasible career development path, fully demonstrating the rigorous and practical professional qualities and upward spirit of Xuchuan R&D youth.

After the job report, the Vice President of the company, Sun Hongjun, gave a concluding speech. He highly praised the excellent reporting and significant growth of the management trainees, and urged everyone to continue forging a "three-dimensional ability system":
