Promote learning through competition, meet friends through skills

This competition is divided into two parts: theoretical examination and practical assessment, attracting all forklift workers in the company to actively participate. The competition is divided into two groups: oil fork and electric fork. Through theoretical exams focusing on forklift operation, factory traffic, hazardous chemical transportation, emergency response, etc., three practical projects are conducted: "load winding around poles", "path throwing", and "cargo transportation stacking". Comprehensively assess the accuracy, stability, and safety awareness of the contestants. After intense competition, the first, second, third, and encouragement awards were finally awarded.

Exciting Moments

Load wrapping around the pole: Forklift drivers completed high-precision shuttle operations in the S-shaped track test, and the mineral water bottle they carried remained stable without displacement, fully demonstrating excellent driving and handling abilities.

Path pitching: The driver places the ball on the fork teeth, travels along the preset path and avoids obstacles, and finally accurately throws it into the designated area. In the competition, the driver accurately controlled the forklift and successfully threw the ball, which was recognized on site, fully demonstrating their ability to accurately control the forklift and execute safety operation standards.

Cargo transfer stacking: Three layers of pallets are stacked in a tower like structure, with cylindrical objects stably placed on top. The operation process is smooth and precise, fully demonstrating professional skills.
