2024 is the Quality Year of Xuchuan Chemical, and the company has decided to use the Quality Year as a new starting point, designating September of each year as the company's "Quality Month". In September of this year, the first Quality Month event of Xuchuan Chemical, with the theme of "Focusing on Quality Improvement, Creating Excellent Quality Together", was officially launched. This Quality Month activity is rich in content, diverse in form, and closely related to the theme, aiming to create a good atmosphere where all employees pay attention to quality. Through the participation of all employees, we aim to improve quality skills and strive to enhance the company's quality management level.

On September 10th, the first Quality Month kickoff meeting was held in the auditorium of R&D Building B. Mr. Xia, Quality Director Zhang Dahua, department heads, and department representatives attended the kickoff meeting.

At the kickoff meeting, QA Minister Zhou Liubing introduced the origin of "Quality Month" and the first phase of Xuchuan Chemical's Quality Month activity plan to everyone; Quality Director Zhang Dahua elaborated on the importance of quality management from the perspectives of consumers and enterprises, encouraging everyone to focus on quality, based on the participation of all staff, work together, and truly work hard to create new brilliance for the company; Mr. Xia gave a speech analyzing the current quality status of the company and put forward clear requirements for the company's quality work. He required every employee in every position to master the necessary skills, understand that quality is the responsibility of each and every one of us, and actively participate in quality improvement activities.

After the kickoff meeting, QA Minister Zhou Liubing gave a sharing of quality management knowledge on "Total Quality Management and Improvement" to everyone. Enable every employee to have a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of quality, and establish the awareness that "the root cause of all problems needs to be found and improved from the management level in order to be effectively solved" and "the symbol of good quality management: high customer satisfaction and low quality cost rate".

For a century long plan, quality comes first. Xuchuan Chemical will take the "Quality Month" as an opportunity to guide all employees to attach importance to quality work, consolidate quality consensus, work together to manage, constantly improve the overall quality management level, and help the company achieve high-quality development.
